MARRY YOURSELF
The most beautiful marriage of your life doesn't begin the day someone chooses you.
It begins the day
you decide never to leave yourself again.

Dear sister,
This page was not made to be skimmed.
It was made to be felt.
So before you read any further, I invite you to do something unusual.
Place a hand on your heart.
Breathe. Once. Slowly.
There.
This is where everything begins : in your body.
This is where everything will happen.

If you've made it here, you've already come a long way.
Therapy, perhaps.
Books, certainly.
Feminism, spirituality, years spent searching for yourself — and finding yourself, often.
You understand where your wounds come from.
You know how to name your patterns.
And yet.
You still say yes when your body says no.
You apologize for existing whenever you take up your space.
You're still waiting — for a glance, for validation, for permission — to feel worthy.
You know all of this.
And you keep leaving yourself.
It's not a lack of willpower.
It's not a lack of knowledge.
It's that understanding lives in your head,
and self-abandonment lives in your body.
In your nervous system.
Where books don't reach.
You're not missing another piece of information.
What you're missing is a Rite of Passage.
"If you choose to move forward with Julie, you will go on an incredible journey of transformation that you will not regret. It is one of the best experiences you could ever say YES to. I highly recommend Julie to everyone (…) she has one of the most authentic hearts I have ever seen."
No one becomes a spouse by thinking about it.
You become one through commitment, vows, a ceremony — before witnesses.
Marry Yourself is not a program.
It is the most important marriage of your life.
Prepared like a real marriage.
The Engagement — where you fall in love with yourself.
The Vows — where you break the inherited spells, family spells and patriarchal spells, that keep making you leave yourself.
The Wedding — where you speak, in ceremony, the promise to never abandon yourself again.
Think of what you long for in a great love.
Someone who stays.
Someone who chooses you in the morning, and chooses you again at night.
Someone who doesn't leave when things get hard.
Now, the question that changes everything:
Is that how you treat yourself?
Self-love is not a luxury.
It is a political act.
A woman who chooses herself, who no longer waits to be validated, who no longer collaborates with the violence turned against her — that woman becomes dangerously free.
Under patriarchy, loving yourself is not "self-care."
It is a resurrection.

Your body becomes your home again. Your refuge. Your compass.
Your no becomes calm, clear, sovereign — no justification, no guilt.
Your emotional storms no longer sweep you away:
you move through them without letting go of your own hand.
Your boundaries no longer scare love away. They protect it.
You no longer wait to be chosen.
You relate from power — not from survival.
You choose yourself.
Again.
And forever.
Testimony - Alice :

At the start of Marry Yourself:
my self-love is a 4–5 out of 10.
By the end of Marry Yourself: my self-love is a 10 out of 10.
"I fully, completely own who I am :
my flaws, my strengths, my emotions,
EVERYTHING that makes me me.
Today I love myself in every way:
when I'm angry, when I'm sad and I express it;
I love myself when I take breaks and tend to my stress;
I love myself when I'm joyful,
when I apologize where I feel it's right,
and so on.
I love myself in every single thing I do.
Today I love myself unconditionally —
I married myself."

First passage —
THE ENGAGEMENT
(weeks 1–3)
It all begins the way every love story begins: with a meeting. You set your vision — the woman who no longer leaves herself. You relearn safety, love and belonging, not as ideas, but as sensations in your body. And you meet the one who, from the inside, keeps sabotaging your engagement: your Inner Critic. You won't silence her. You'll take the wheel out of her hands.
Second passage —
THE VOWS
(weeks 4–7)
Before you say yes to yourself, the old oaths must be undone. You leave your parents at the altar: you stop waiting for them to repair you, and you become your own source of safety. You meet the adult woman within you — the one who needs no one's permission. You call every part of you back home: the light, the shadow, your inner little girl. Whole. Ready to commit.
Third passage —
THE WEDDING
(weeks 8–12)
The era of devotion. You learn to stay with yourself through the storms. You awaken Eros — your life force, your embodied confidence. You let your Most Loving Self lead your life. Then you write your vows.
And one day, you marry yourself. In ceremony. Before your witnesses, if you wish.

A Rite of Passage is not crossed alone. At every step, I am there.
Twelve individual 75-minute meetings.
The heart of the rite. A deep, somatic space that is entirely yours — where what you have understood finally descends into your body. Meetings held online.
My presence between meetings.
Voice messages, a thread that never breaks. Through the difficult passages, you are never alone.
Every week, a teaching and a practice.
A video to light the week's passage, and a guided somatic practice — breathwork, meditation, pleasure practices — to anchor the transformation into your everyday life, at your own pace.
Your Marry Yourself Ceremony.
Prepared together, celebrated online or in person. Alone, or surrounded by your witnesses.

There's a road map, so you can work on things with real precision. In the individual meetings, the work was always right, always deep. I feel a true before-and-after. I truly feel I'm walking away with something for life.
My role is simple.
I become the guardian of your vow. Your principal witness.
For twelve weeks, I watch over your commitment — until the day it has grown stronger than your old reflexes.
Until you no longer negotiate with everything that taught you to leave yourself:
saying yes when you want to say no,
feeling guilty the moment you choose yourself,
still trying to be "enough,"
apologizing for existing,
putting your happiness off until later.
Meeting after meeting, what emerges is not just a new way of thinking.
It's a new woman.
A woman who no longer leaves herself — and who finally keeps the vows she made to herself.
"Julie is one of the smartest, most loving and most powerful women I know. She has a rare ability to go very deep, very fast, with a presence full of love, acceptance and safety. The insights she opened up for me, I would never have reached on my own. I recommend her without hesitation."

This Rite rests on four foundations:
Buddhist wisdom,
the neuroscience of the nervous system,
feminism,
and somatic work through tantra (we go into the body — and, contrary to neo-colonial clichés, it will not be sexual).
I am VITA™-certified — a trauma-informed approach that weaves together body, tantra, and neuroscience.
And one thing must be said clearly: I am not a guru.
At every moment, you will keep your discernment, your power and your sovereignty.
I do only one thing: point the direction.
You are the one who walks.
Your body knows.
"With Julie's voice, my nervous system understood that it was safe and that it could go there. So much has been set free : creativity, confidence, self-esteem, putting myself first."

I am the President of Feminists in the City, where I have guided more than 19,000 people toward a living, embodied feminism through our guided tours and masterclasses.
I graduated from Sciences Po Paris, and stand in the lineage of Simone de Beauvoir — not by blood, but by thought.
And then I understood something.
Patriarchy cannot be dismantled with ideas alone. It also lives in our bodies — in the way we apologize, keep quiet, leave ourselves.
So I went looking for the other half of the path: somatic and tantra work.
I am certified by the VITA™ Institute (tantra, neuroscience, trauma-informed approach), vice-president of Femmes Monde, and co-creator of the podcast Sororité.
As bell hooks wrote: "Schools for love do not exist." So I decided to create one.
Let's set the container clearly.
Marry Yourself is a Rite of transformation — it is not therapy.
It does not replace psychological or medical care.
It is for women whose psychological and physical foundations are already in place — not for situations of crisis.
Many of the women I guide are, in fact, also working with a psychologist — and the two complement each other beautifully.
Marry Yourself is incredibly relevant for people who have already done work on themselves.
You have already done work on yourself — therapy, personal growth, feminism, spirituality — and you feel it is time to leave mental understanding behind and step into embodiment.
You are ready to go deep : a Rite is lived, not watched.
You want to make the relationship with yourself the foundation of every other relationship — whether you are single or in a couple.
Do not apply if :
You have never explored your inner world.
You are going through an acute crisis or serious financial hardship: other kinds of support come first, and this is not the right time to commit.
You expect this Rite to transform you without your commitment.
3,500€
Paid in full, or in 2 to 10 monthly installments — no fees.
Let's talk about it plainly.
This is a real commitment.
It is also twelve weeks by my side, in a space entirely devoted to you.
You were taught to find it normal to spend €19,293 on a wedding.
That's the average cost of a wedding in France.*
Without the ring. Without the honeymoon.
For the dress. For the venue. To be chosen.
No one ever told you that you could invest in the only relationship that will last your entire life.
The one with yourself.
*2026 Report on the Wedding Industry in France (1,304 couples married in 2025).
And because I care that this path stays accessible: installment payments exist, and the connection call is also there for us to check, together and honestly, that this is the right moment for you.
I don't marry a woman who isn't ready to say yes to herself.
One more word, in full transparency: this amount will evolve.
As the Rite deepens, as the teachings grow richer and the witnesses multiply, what it asks will evolve too.
The women who choose themselves today commit at today's rate.

Yes. Marrying yourself doesn't mean giving up on others. It means relating from power, not from survival. Your relationship will only be better for it: you will no longer love in order to be saved.
No. It is a somatic, ceremonial Rite of transformation. It doesn't replace psychological care — it often complements it beautifully.
Your weekly 75-minute meeting, plus your practices during the week. Meetings can flex around your schedule, but truly set that time aside: no one gets married by proxy.
Because I accompany each woman individually, and my places are limited. The application (5 minutes), then the connection call, allow us to make sure this rite is the right one, at the right time, for you.
Deep somatic practices (we go into the body, not just words): breath, attention to sensations, working with your nervous system — in a trauma-informed approach, grounded in neuroscience. All based on my VITA™ certification, 600 hours of training. And you remain sovereign at every moment: every practice is an invitation, never an obligation.
You can put this off.
You can postpone this wedding.
Keep understanding. Keep reading.
Keep waiting for the right moment, the right person, the permission.
Or you can decide that the person you were waiting for… has been you all along.
Place a hand on your heart.
Breathe.
You already know.
